If someone were to ask you personal questions than you should not answer them and exit the conversation. That's a rather simple thing to do; don't give out personal information. However, cyberbullying is something you cannot control, the best thing you can do is to ignore it. If it gets to the point where it's dangerous than you should tell an adult. Don't be a victim to spam. If you see an email from someone you don't know, don't open it. It may contain viruses.

ReplyDeleteI think that all the tips they give you everyone should follow. If you don't then the Internet can be not so fun after all. Who would want to get viruses, stalkers, and other things like that? Everyone should be careful on what they say and do over the Internet.

ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you. It's not hard to follow the tips they gave us. Who wants crazy stalkers and viruses anyways? The Internet can be useful but not when you're careless about who you tell your personal information to.
I feel kids and parents should familiarize themselves with the Internet Safety tips before allowing their children to access the internet. A lot of the tips are very helpful, along with practicing good common sense, and being cautious will keep you out of trouble!
ReplyDeleteI also hate it when people you chat with make you feel uncontrable, those are some good advice for me. That way i can just exit and won't have to worry of somebody sending me an email. I don't give out my information to applications either because i know its not safe for me or anybody else.

ReplyDeleteIf people are asking you personal questions like where do you live or what is your name or how old are you. Don't asnwer ignore it thats the best thing you can do. Don't answer you never know what they can do if you give them your personal info.

ReplyDeletei think if people start asking your questions you should not answer them back. i think its just weird. if they do that you should just exit. if someone is bullying you on it you should innore them because it might get you in trouble. if you get mail and you dont now who it is then dont open it thats how you get virius on your computer.

ReplyDeletewell some of the people do use internet to do bad things. Some of the people get your information to create an acount in some place and if they do something wrong you could get introuble beacuse they used your name not their's. Never give out your information.
After reading all those special tips,of the internet safety. It really happenes in todays life. Alot of people been bullied online. They should follow this tips of telling an adult. Someone that you have confiedence. Also not to get in someones else profile.

ReplyDeleteVery ture. Giving out personal information on the web is like putting a big target sign on you. It's espicially harmful since most sites aren't made by big business companys, so they're not that protected. It's very easy to hack a web site made from free web hosting sites

ReplyDeleteThanks to this article now i know how to be a little safer when i am on the internet. Before i didn't know much about what could happen to you except from a movie i saw about hackers. It was incredible to see the things that they can do with just a little bit of a persons information. So thats why people should be very carefull while they are on the internet and not give out any important personal information.
You do have to be careful while on the internet becuase there are many people out there that do make it difficult for other people. So you really have to make sure you don't share certain information with others. Ifyou do get asked questions that are personal just leave the conversation for your own safety.

If people want to be safe on the internet they should follow these thips. They shouldn't give out their personal information to any strangers. A lot of stuff can happen if that personal information gets out to the wrong people.

The internet is a big place and a lot of resposability for some people. If you cant handle it then you shouldnt be allowed the internet. If your ever chatting with someone and they ask for some of you personal information then you should know better then to give it away and if you do thats your fault. People should know better.

We need to be careful of sharing personal details on the Internet because people are stupid and can cause us problems. So we all need to be careful about our own actions and be responsible or else we will suffer the consequences.

The article said not to give out important information out on the internet and I completely agree because you never know where that information could end up. Internet safety is extremely important.

ReplyDeleteI totally agree with this article. There are a lot of pervs out there and we shouldnt be giving out our information we should try to keep ourselves safe.
ReplyDeleteWell now that technology has advanced so much, we are not sometimes aware of all of the actions that can take place and harm us. These tips and suggestions are for our own benefit so we should do well in following them. We don't want people to get our social securitie numbers or our credit card digits so lets be careful.
